1. Where can I buy Technochitra merchandise?
You can
buy online on our website at www.technochitra.com.
2. How do I place an order on Technochitra online?
It’s
very trouble-free and user friendly… you are definitely on our website ;-) When
you browse through our colourful product range, click on product you like. Then
just add to cart and continue till you are all done with your shopping. Then
click on “Checkout” from your cart to confirm the amazing stuff you have just
bought and enter your delivery and payment information. All you need to do is
to confirm your order and you are done. For any assistance, please feel free to

3. Can I change or cancel my order once it is confirmed?
Once an
order is submitted, we immediately begin arranging for the delivery and
therefore cannot make any changes. Still, request you to kindly contact us at reachus@technochitra.com for
any order cancellation request and will defiantly cancel your order on best
effort basis. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting
the same.
4. Will I receive any Order Confirmations?
Shortly
after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation mail from our end and
in case you do not receive any mail from our end, request you to kindly contact
us at reachus@technochitra.com.
5. Is the website prices are inclusive of all taxes?
Yes,
the prices are valid for deliver in India only.
6. Do you share and can I follow you?
Yes, we
love to share and catch us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
7. How do I contact you?

8. Do you guys do Corporate orders or Wholesale orders?

9. Who are you guys?
We are
one of you and solely an Indian Company who is managing everything by its own
including purchasing and in order to provide the best rates and quality to our
valuable customers, we do not have any vendors who deliver our products and we
arrange everything within our Team..

10. Are you guys hiring?
Kindly

11. Do you ship outside of India?
Not
now, but we can do…so please drop us an email at reachus@technochitra.com and
we will figure out something for you :-)
12. Why have I not received any confirmation of orders placed?
We do
send mail confirmation for all successful orders placed online. However, if you
have not received any mail regarding the same, please check the correctness of
email id provided, when you placed the order or please write back to us at reachus@technochitra.com.
13. How do I track my order?
You can
check the status of your order by providing AWB Number at any time by clicking
“Track Your Order” section on our courier partner’s website.
14. How
long does it take for delivery?
When the order is placed from our website, we ensure that within
24 hours the order gets into process. We try to deliver the products to your
doorsteps within 3- 4 working days in major metros and other cities. However,
the duration of delivery might increase by 5-6 working days depending on your
delivery location. Technochitra is not responsible for service transit time.
Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control
including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters
due to weather conditions and strikes.
15. Can
I have my order delivered on a particular day?
We
strive to deliver products purchased from Technochitra in excellent condition and in the
fastest time possible. However, we can't commit on the same, still same can be
considered on best effort basis. Please write to us for any specific orders.
16. Can
I return the order to the courier agent and take my cash back from him?
We
apologize but we do not have the facility of returning the product to the courier
agent and take the cash back from him. In case you are not satisfied with the
product, or drop us an email on reachus@technochitra.com.
17. Do
you deliver pan India?
Of course, we do deliver pan India however delivery time may
differ from location to location as serviced by our courier partner.
18. What
if my stuff... hasn’t arrived yet. What can I do?
Your
order status is updated to you via emails. If you are having trouble reading
the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our
Customer Care Team immediately. Please drop an email at reachus@technochitra.com.
19. How
do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
We
would able to change the shipping address till the time we have not packed and
shipped the order. Kindly drop us an email on reachus@technochitra.com and
tell us your new shipping address.
